The apartments form the west wing of our 18th century family house, situated in the historic heart of Montepulciano. The façade looks over the town but most of the windows overlook a large and quiet garden and the surrounding valley with extended views over the Tuscan landscape. Shadowy during the morning and then sunny till sunset, the garden is the perfect place for an "aperitivo", maybe a glass of "Nobile" ruby red wine with a slice of "Pecorino" cheese...
Montepulciano is renowned for its car-almost free nature. Al Poggiolo is in a quiet but central position, at a very short walking distance of historical sights, shops, wineries and restaurants.
Our guests can leave the car in the parking area at one end of our gated garden. This is a highly appreciated comfort as it is almost impossible to park in town unless you are a resident.
At al Poggiolo, the price includes taxes, water, electricity, heating, parking, wi-fi internet, weekly cleaning and linen change, final cleaning and even the wood for the fireplace.
All our apartments have been restored respecting the refined country traditional style (wooden beams, terracotta floors, marble fireplaces) but with all the modern-day life comforts.
We offer a 10% discount for stays of at least 3 weeks.

Price includes anyhow a parking space in our gated garden.
